Borjomi is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as Country Sales Manager in Moldova. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our company.

Job Location: Chisinau, Moldova.

Purpose of Position:

Managing and development of distribution and sales in Moldova.

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in the development of a business strategy to propel sales growth.
- Build strong relationships with distributors and partners.
- Conduct thorough competitive and industry trend analysis to stay ahead of the market.
- Take charge of quarterly, annual, and long-term planning to ensure business success.
- Create sales plans and profit goals, implement initiatives to boost sales.
- Manage distribution channels.
- Coordinate business development projects with distributors.
- Assist in developing the distributor's personnel structure and coordinate training plans for sales teams.
- Develop and monitor sales KPIs.
- Conduct field visits and report results to supervisor.
- Ensure clients adhere to contracts and optimize financial performance.
- Monitor distributor inventory and product delivery.
- Ensure quality control and manage incidents related to product violations.
- Manage relationships, negotiate contracts, and achieve performance targets.
- Evaluate distributor performance based on contract terms.
- Coordinate with Trade Marketing Manager for effective marketing activities.
- Supervise ordering, distribution, and accounting of POS materials.
- Facilitate communication with importers/distributors.
- Collaborate with legal, quality, and technical regulation departments.
- Interact with sales support specialist for orders and reporting.
- Coordinate and monitor trade marketing activities.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within an FMCG company.
- Proven track record of successful distribution development within the country.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating with distributors and key accounts.
- Experience working with various Route-to-Market (RTM) models and distributors. In-depth knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of different RTM models.
- Proficient in negotiation tools and methodologies.
- Deep understanding of the local market and the specifics of local sales channels.
- Advanced user of MS office programs.
- Fluency in English and Russian language is necessary.
- Basic knowledge of brand marketing.
- Driving license and the private car.
