We're looking for the Customer Support Operator to join our team in Chisinau.

Objective: To ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient support, managing customer inquiries, and facilitating smooth interactions between departments.

Working hours 16:00 till 01:00 (Moldova Time Zone)

Responsibilities:

Follow up on missed calls, voicemails, unread emails/messages, and new tickets.
Assist in account creation, configuration of drivers, vehicles, and devices.
Provide support for report generation, profile editing, password recovery, and account management.
Handle subscription changes and assist in ELD device installation and setup.
Keep clients informed about updates and enhancements.
Provide detailed explanations and guidance on device usage.
Address logbook inquiries and collect client feedback.
Verify resolution of technical issues and address order delivery delays.
Collaborate with Technical Support for malfunction letters and device exchanges.
Monitor and manage malfunctioning devices and customer charges.

Required competencies:

Experience in customer support position in trucking industry will be a strong advantage
Languages: English, Russian, Romanian (Spanish is a plus)
Prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries
Clear and detailed explanations provided to customers
Effective collaboration with other departments to resolve issues
