Boekestijn Transport Service was started in 1994 in Mill, Netherlands. In those days there were three Boekestijn trucks on the road. By always sticking to our motto that we drive for you and that your wishes are the most important guidelines for the transport, the company has grown into a transport company of international standing in Europe and beyond, having now about 1000 trucks on the roads.
Boekestijn Transport Service trucks have traveled just about everywhere; from the Ural Mountains to the Strait of Gibraltar and from Turkey to Finland. It’s the challenge for Boekestijn Transport Service to fulfill all your wishes. Whether it is the transportation of a Formula 1 car to the racing circuit in Monza or the Dutch National football team’s footballs that are needed in Belarus.

In this role you will:
Generate weekly and monthly reports;
Investigate discrepancies between truck on-board computer data and financial records;
Monitor and analyze truck usage;
Work closely with team members from various departments to address and resolve tasks effectively;
Modernize legacy reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work;
Participation in process improvement projects;
Maintain business correspondence with the current fuel supplier ("Shell");
Conduct meetings and phone calls with drivers to explain rules and address errors related to truck refueling procedures.
Requirements:
A degree in Technical or Economic disciplines;
Proficient in MS Office, with a focus on Excel, knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage;
Adaptability to various software and applications;
English language proficiency at a minimum B1 level;
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail;
Experience working with large datasets;
Effective in teamwork and capable of working independently when needed;
Demonstrates a proactive approach, consistently bringing innovative ideas to the table;
A background in logistics would be an advantage;
Willingness to undertake business trips.
