We are looking for a talented, ambitious Cargo Securement Specialist to join our Fleet Management team.

As a Cargo Securement Specialist, you will:

assist our drivers with cargo securement by giving tips on how to properly secure each load;
monitor fuel efficiency;
inform drivers and give tips on how to improve fuel consumption.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 15:00 - 00:00

Candidate requirements:

US Truck Driver experience is preferable;
Advanced level of conversational and written English and Russian;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
Previous experience in fleet maintenance is welcome but not required;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Ability to handle stressful situations and mitigate conflicts in a professional manner;
Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills;
Organizational skills.
