Business Plane Logistics, an international company specializing in express transportation worldwide and headquartered in Chisinau, is looking for a motivated person who is ready to learn, develop, realize self-potential and receive excellent remuneration for it.

Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, availability, aninterest in the position.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
Helping with some staff paperwork.

Requirements:

Proficiency in English at an advanced level- is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with candidates and hiring managers.
Good organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Capacity to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in computer usage, including Microsoft Office applications.
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and advance within the realm of recruitment and HR.
