REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Who is
• Graduate of university,
• Bilingual in Moldovan and Russian,
• In English medium level or better,
• Proficient in MS Office,

The candidate shall be
• willing to learn,

• target driven to meet and exceed sales quotas
• having good communication skills,
• having proactive approach,
• having 2-4 years of sales experience - understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• using organizational skills to create and improve customer relationship in scare time
• owning a car and having driving license,
• living in Balti / in Komrat

Who will be responsible for;
Achieve and exceed agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Represent himself and the company in postiive way
Pro Visit study
• Go over daily route and check out departure and arrival times for each city
• Study city layout in Google Maps, customers shown on Map and existing and potential contact in phone
• Checkout existing orders of customers
• Checkout customers having debt
• Reconsider the route within the city
• Inform the special customers by messages prepared by Customer Relationship Manager

Visit performance
• Potential client not in phone contacts - Establish a positive business and customer relationships
Getting visit cards of potential customers (if not take photo of information submitted by place) not entered in phone contact list
Evaluate and take notice about infrastructure of the client (WMNNNN)
Evaluate and take notice of competitor activities
Understand management structure of the client (roles in buying process)
Giving visit card, company catalog and information about products
Answering client questions about products, prices, and availability.
Information about promotions
information about Marien Cosmetic and visiting period
Asking for any requirement (recording and supplying required materials)
Wishing good business and excellent day
• Potential client in phone contacts - Develop a positive business and customer relationships

Give brochure about new product
Answering client questions about products, prices, and availability.

Asking for any requirement (recording and supplying required materials)
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
Evaluating clients later payment requests.
Contact to new employes of the client and create customer relationship (new phone entry)

• Exploring the not visited parts of the city (30 min per visit)

Post visit works
• Enterance of information derived from visit cards, taken photos and taken notices into phone contacts
• Definition of any customer as special customer
• Preparing daily report of sales, payment receivals and important issues related competitor activities
• Submitting of daily report to the management

Weekly evaluation
• Submitting of important issues related competitor activities

Monthly evaluation
• Submitting of change of visit day in the schedule
• Suggestion for promotions
• Information about good practices
