Job description:

Lead and inspire the team, providing guidance and motivation;
Provide training and mentorship to team members for skill development
Oversee vehicle acquisition, utilization, maintenance, and repairs;
Monitor safety systems (speed tracking, dash cameras, telematics);
Implement and update company safety policies;
Ensure full compliance with FMCSA/DOT/HOS regulations;

Requirements:

Fluent, conversational English;
Minimum experience of at least 6 months in the Flatbed and Dry Van field!
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety regulations, and cost control strategies;
Proficiency with MS Office and Google products;
Great communication and negotiation skills;
Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail. Must be a problem solver;
