Safety Supervisor

We are a dynamic dispatch service provider in search of a proactive and skilled individual to join our team as a Safety Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the activities of the dispatch team within established procedures to provide continuous analysis of results accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with company rules and regulations.
Participate in the creation and review of procedures, work instructions, methods, and other quality documents as required.
Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies, procedures, and programs specifically for the car hauling industry.
Collaborate with other team managers to create and deliver safety training programs.
Participate in the development of a motivated and skilled team to ensure performance levels, professional growth, and the achievement of objectives.

Additional Responsibilities:

Provide support to the drivers' team as needed.
Handle claims and correspond with brokers and clients, providing necessary information when required.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in dispatch operations or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
