Sales manager in marketing(b2b)

Our main objective is to drive as many relevant customers as possible to our clients' brands & businesses and help convert them for the most lucrative price. We offer a range of global marketing strategies, internal and external marketing services, and supplementary features to help our clients take their brands to the next level.


What is this role about:
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager in Marketing. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets(KPIs), building relationships with new clients and maintaining those with existing ones(following up).

What has to be done:
• Call and correspond through emails with potential customers
• Make first-touch with new clients & follow up on existing one
• Conduct online meetings on Google Meet/Zoom
• Work with CRM/Google Spreadsheets/Emails/Calling Systems
• Close customers for contracts[marketing services]
• Be a team player and work for results
• Cooperate with our CEO, CMO, marketing experts
• Achieve KPI plans


What we expect from you:
• 1+ years experience in sales, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely, prioritise tasks
• Proper familiarity with marketing platforms, trends, and/or e-commerce industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and sales pipelines management tools

• Fix Part of monthly salary - $500
• Commission Part per month(per contract boarded):
- $1000 - $3000 contract - 20%

- $3000 - $5000 contract - 15%

- $5000+ - contract - 10%
• Royalty Part per Quarter(every 3rd month):
- 2% from all contracts boarded(1-6 months)
- 1% from all contracts boarded(7-12 months)
