As a Sales Manager you will help us build the sales department and manage the affiliate programme for the official distributor in Moldova of Pro Nutrition sports supplements manufactured in Europe. Core functions will range from maintaining and developing a partner base to finding different ways to increase the performance of the affiliate marketing channel.
It is a position with a flexible schedule that focuses more on results than on actual hours spent in the office or working, will require travel to potential and existing partners, with predominantly remote work. The occasional meetings will be held at the Pro Nutrition Moldova office located in the central sector of Chisinau.
The main tasks are the following:
Identifying strategies, directions and potential sales channels;
Assembling the sales department, initially being the only representative and as you grow you will be responsible for hiring the team members you will manage;
Consulting partners and managing the entire onboarding process - you will be the main point of contact for existing and new partners;
Proposing improvements to the affiliate program and providing appropriate support and tools to affiliates to achieve maximum results;
Overseeing day-to-day operations of marketing campaigns, collecting feedback and proposing adjustments;
Initiating new campaign ideas, including program incentives and bonuses;
Preparing reports and presenting the results to the General Director;
Required skill set:
Relevant sales experience
Fluency in Romanian and Russian
Good conversational level of English
Strong organizational and planning skills
Deep understanding of marketing principles
A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
Knowledge, practice and interest in the field of sports and nutritional supplements is a big plus
