We are a luxury business class travel agency that offers discounted business class tickets to our clients. These flights are usually very high when a customer purchases them directly from the airlines. Our connections and partnerships allow us to offer discounts up to 70% to our clients. We offer an unmatched level of service that our clients are eager to take advantage of.
Our agency is based out of NY with agents all throughout the world. We are growing at an extremely fast rate. We are looking for experienced independent travel agents to join our amazing team! Coming in with experience or a book of business is a huge plus!
Our travel agency has been raising the bar when it comes to how we handle our clients. We are currently looking for multiple experienced travel agent that are self-motivated, energetic and positive. You will be expected to assist your clients throughout the entire process from beginning of booking and the follow up after the trip. This position will require individuals to that are not afraid to go the extra mile to complete the sale. We take pride in our process. We will provide an extensive training in sales tactics, overcoming objections, time management, product training and the process of building your own team within our company. We understand that we deal with a complex product so we have individuals in place to provide continuous training and product experts to guide you every step of the way. This opportunity is truly amazing for the right candidates.

What you will have:
• Flexible with your availability; We run a 24/7 operation, so you will be asked to work weekends/evenings.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, pay close attention to detail and extremely passionate about customer sales.
• Expert in phone and email customer service, and experience in the travel industry is a plus!
• Driven to succeed, enjoys a challenge and working to achieve goals.
• Unafraid to ask questions and always looking to improve.
• Prior experience following up with clients throughout the sale cycle.
• Personable, approachable and professional and love helping customers to find the perfect luxury holiday.
• Positive attitude and a will to succeed
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proven track record of sales
• Close attention to detail

Our expectations:
• Ensure daily prompt follow up and ownership of customer sales enquires.
• Operate within company guidelines for customer service, professionalism, call handling and meeting client expectations.
• Assure that clients are fully aware of all necessary travel documents and health requirements for countries to be visited.
• Promptly handle changes per the clients request.
Qualifications
• Proficient computer skills including the ability to multitask with several websites, screens and programs
• Have effective communication skills, written and oral
• Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
• Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
• knowledge in researching and putting together international travel itineraries.
• Experience working with luxury business travel is a huge plus.

Successful candidates will receive a training salary to help transition into a commission-based position.
