B2B Sales Development Representative

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of B2B Sales Development Representative to work with our International Partners.

As a B2B Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in international markets, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and promoting our products..

what you will be doing:

Conducting prospecting and outreach activities to identify and engage potential clients based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
Participating in calls, meetings, and presentations to showcase our offerings and build relationships with potential clients.
Overseeing the entire sales cycle from initial lead generation to the successful closing of deals, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
Creating compelling proposals and negotiating terms with potential clients to secure new business.
Researching and implementing new lead-generation tactics to continually improve our outreach and sales strategies.

what we are looking for:

University Degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in the IT field.
Excellent written, reading, comprehension and verbal, business communication skills in English and Romanian languages
Experience with email marketing and LinkedIn outreach.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Self-motivated and able to succeed in a results-driven environment
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
