Position overview:
The ideal candidate will have shown expertise in procurement process, internal and external communication, outstanding execution of projects from planning through delivery.

Key responsibilities:

Follow the procedures of Indirect purchases: Admin, Facility management & Energy categories in order to comply with the parent company general terms and conditions of purchase and deliver savings.
Analyze, conduct and record market research for constant improving of supplies.
Maintain relationship with vendors and contractors to ensure good reliable sources of supply and information.
Optimize purchases, arrange tenders and bids comparison to secure the best possible pricing, quality and other terms.
Negotiate contracts to ensure optimal costs, terms and reliable supply.
Follow all required document operations formalities and finalize the contracting process, liaise with all related departments to complete the delivery.
Process to conclusion all disputed purchases of goods and services.

Requirements:

Higher education in Supply Chain, BA, or related field.
1+ years experience in similar role.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
SAP, category management basics.
High project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to work independently or in a team.
Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
