Fluent spoken and written English
Strong interpersonal skills

Main duties and responsibilities:

Guide and assist customers according to the workflow
Process emails, text-messages and phone calls (NO SALES)

The following qualities are not the must but are highly appreciated:

Previous experience in customer support flow
Knowledge of Romanian (spoken and written)
Initiative and enthusiastic qualities
Knowledge of CRM systems
