We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager in IT to drive sales strategies and manage large corporate client deals. This role requires the ability to handle complex IT solution implementations and negotiate at the executive level.

Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of complex IT solutions to large enterprises
- Negotiate with top-level executives and close multi-million dollar contracts
- Oversee the implementation process of IT solutions and ensure timely delivery
- Develop strategies to increase sales within the large enterprise sector
- Analyze client needs and develop personalized proposals
- Maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote company services

Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT sector
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing large deals
- Understanding of complex IT solutions and experience in their implementation at large enterprises
- Proven experience with long-term projects and contracts
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or business
- Fluency in Russian and English
