What you'll do:

Actively search and engage potential clients
Identify new business opportunities in freight brokerage
Identify carrier capacity and negotiate competitive rates for freight services
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and carriers
Coordinate and monitor freight shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and customer satisfaction
Provide exceptional customer service
Maintain accurate records of transactions and communication with clients

What we're looking for:

Experience in freight brokerage or a similar role in logistics industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales or brokerage targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong relationship-building capabilities and customer-oriented mindset
Multi-tasking skills: manage multiple accounts and shipments
Availability to work night shifts Monday - Friday from 15:00 to 00:00
