We are looking for a Key Account Manager in IT to manage relationships with the company's most important clients. Your role will be to maintain high client satisfaction, offer tailored solutions, and improve client interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage key client relationships and maintain long-term partnerships
- Develop client retention strategies and enhance loyalty
- Promote new IT products and services to key clients
-Lead negotiations and close contracts
- Address complex client requests and provide tailored IT solutions
- Prepare reports on client activities and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience managing key accounts in IT
- Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills
-Deep understanding of IT services and the ability to tailor them to client needs
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Bachelor’s degree in business or information technology
- Fluency in Russian and English
