Moving consultant / sales agent

One of the biggest Moving & Storage companies based in California is looking to hire a Great Moving Consultant and join our Sales Team of rockstars.

Responsibilities

Effectively present companies' moving and storage services over the phone, email and SMS
Persuasively provide quotes to new and existing customers for moving services in line with company pricing guidelines
Diligently implement the Follow Up policies to ensure high lead conversion into booked jobs
Enthusiastically act as point of contact for moving customers to support their moving and storage needs and direct their inquiries to the appropriate teams/departments (Dispatch, Customer Service, etc.)


Qualifications

Previous Moving Experience (preferred)
Strong Sales acumen and previous Experience (preferred)
Confident in talking to new clients and turning opportunities into booked jobs
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Dedicated and Self-motivated
Ability to get things done without supervision
Commitment to continuous improvement, learning, and growth.


ATTENTION:

This is a full-time, fully remote (work from home) position.
A strong English language command is a must (C1 level preferred; strong B2 level acceptable)
Work Schedule: 5 days per week for 8.5 hours (half hour lunch break).

Evening/night shift: 7:00pm to 3:30am EET (shift may vary)
