We are currently looking for an Officer Customs to join our team!

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As an Officer Customs, you are a strong administrative point who ensures that our customers' goods are transported in the fastest and most efficient way
You identify the orders with import to UK with 1-2 days before entering in UK
Check the customs points (export / import) of our shipments
Check the correctness of packing list and invoice for the shipments
Prepare the request for customs documents to customs agent via mail
Check the correctness of customs documents received from customs agents

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

University degree/or student
Good knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of English, minimum B1
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a team
Time management
