Are you passionate about optimizing global order processes and ensuring efficient delivery worldwide? Purcari is seeking a dedicated Ordering Specialist who can manage sales orders with precision and streamline the fulfillment process across international regions.
Requirements

In-Depth Knowledge of Sales Process: Demonstrated understanding of the sales cycle and its impact on order fulfillment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Execution Speed: Proven ability to prioritize tasks and execute with speed to meet strict delivery deadlines.
High Level of Diligence: Meticulous attention to detail in order verification, documentation, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

Order Management: Receive sales orders, verify customer eligibility for delivery (including credit limit checks), and accurately enter orders into our systems.
End-to-End Order Oversight: Monitor and coordinate each phase of the order process, from material preparation and purchasing (e.g., labels, bottles, liquid) to production and shipment, to ensure timely delivery.
Performance Reporting: Generate detailed reports on delivery times, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and propose enhancements to optimize efficiency.
Collaborative Skills: Work collaboratively across departments to facilitate smooth operations and effective order processing.
