For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Responding to all Inbound requests (website form submissions, emails, references, etc.)
- Evaluate and qualify inbound leads via email/online meetings
- Navigate and maintain Hubspot CRM with all MQLs and SQLs on all stages
- Complete accurate tracking of communication with prospects and potential clients
- Schedule online meetings for Business development manager/Pre-sale team
- Messaging prospects in LinkedIn/over email
- Following up with all prospects/leads
- Build, manage and report on all stages of pre-sales lead pipeline
What is important for us?
- Previous experience in SDR role or equivalent experience in sales (prospecting and qualifying new clients) in IT company — from 1 year
- Familiarity with Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesQL and other tech tools, or demonstrated ability to learn new tech/tools quickly
- Understanding of what Pre-Sales is and how to qualify inbound leads
- Outstanding English communication skills in all forms: written, presentations, negotiations
- Effective at building relationships with prospects, and nurture as long as it takes to close
