Job Description:
The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of Zomni's B2B segment by identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential B2B clients, including corporate clients, travel agencies, and other relevant businesses.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to reach and engage potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Conduct Presentations and Demos: Present Zomni’s services to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and product demos.
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or car rental industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, - Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Language: Fluency in Romanian and English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
